- Perth !

8:53am, first glimpse of Perth?s skyline from a steep hill.

25km later: "Perth Oval" and the finish of my long run across the hot,
but very friendly, continent of Australia :-)

Another piece of the world run gone (fairly ;-) as planned, and that
thanks to huge help from runners and other aussies that decided to extend
a hand to make the run possible. Reaching Perth, across mountains (Snowy
Mountains), deserts (The Nullabor) and bristling cities (Sydney &
Melbourne)
- is mainly a tribute to them :-)

After the finish I awaited the evening and took my discount food to a park
and watched the slow sunset; while resting the legs intensely.

- The sky has a special colour or tone to it when near an ocean. Like back
at the islands and peninsulas in Scandinavia..

Tomorrow there will be a short jog the about 10km out to the beach to
complete the formality of crossing the continent: from ocean to ocean!
