Another good effort by Connie who did excellently again today. She turns
out to be one of the most perfectionist crews I have had in the entire
run; besides crewing during the stage itself she makes sure to measure up
the following day?s stage after the run, contact and notice road/police
authorities and media.
- Only I wish I was able to match that by a strong piece of running during
the stages but by now I am too tired to do much more than keep up the
10km/hour pace and around 20-30km a day. Strange how that changes: until
a few months ago I was able to keep 50km per day with high of 80-90km pr.
day. Now even 50km seems unthinkable! It will be sweet with some rest
after I hopefully reach London :-)
