Another enjoyable stage, even with a bit of cold rain - when you have a
team to support you, suddenly any weather looks good :-)

Speaking of weather: as you can see from the reports the temperature has
graduate gone down as I have run up along the West side of the continent -
not surprising when going North - but I admit that I had expected the
evolving spring to make up for it. Not so! Yesterday I saw snow at the
roadside as I drove from the finish with my crew. Makes the awaiting run
across the Rocky Mountains in a few weeks an interesting prospect.. ;-)

Luckily I will have the company of an ultra athlete from Austria (a Dutch
runner living in Austria) on that stretch of the run from Vancouver to
Calgary. A good thing for a "low Lander" like me when heading into that
kind of mountain terrain :-)
