- The last stage with John and Sara! I will really miss them, their
enthusiasm, humour and their endurance - in listening to all my "runner
stories" (.. "And then there were this place in the Desert in
Australia..", "No; this road isn?t bad - in Siberia..", "From the cliffs
in California.." etc., etc. ;-)


The stage itself was fairly hilly but also with scenic valley roads and
good climbs and fun down hills - I had a 19km/h. reading on the gps on one
of the longer downhill runs so the old legs are beginning to return to
life I suspect :-) ;-)
