Soon it?s Canada :-)

Already this morning I was met by a team from Canada who was willing to
help for the next days - amazing!!

They had just run a marathon yesterday and are experienced iron man tri
athletes, so its an experienced crew!

I was so exited by meeting Canadians already that I lost my direction
twice - pretty embarrassing ;-)

But I have looked forward to reaching Canada for the last almost two
months. Also the pace of today?s stage was considerably higher than usual
(.. if you can call the 5 - 5:30 min./km today fast.. ;-) Probably due to
the work I have seen the Canadian ultra runners and the Dane Karl in
Vancouver do to prepare support for the run up there. Thanks guys!! :-)
