- Bride ahead!

As mentioned in yesterdays report I wasn?t allowed to run across the US
101 bridge over Colombia River, so I had to get a cab across. Not a thing
I was happy about, to put it diplomatically.. !!

For documentation purposes I got a written document from the authorities
stating that they refused a permit to run across, and got witness
signature of the start at the North end of the bridge.

Luckily the crossing of the North American continent itself doesn?t begin
before I reach Vancouver in Canada and begin running inland towards the
Atlantic Ocean - so it doesn?t "break" the continuousness for the purpose
of the Guinness 1 lap of the world. (But it bugs me big-time anyway ;-)
The bridge was 4.1mile long - that distance I can make up in Vancouver
where I have been invited to a 10km competition the 17.April. Look much
forward to that :-) - Image (025).jpg - Image (034).jpg
