+19c, half overcast and medium. wind at start.
14c, overcast and same wind at finish.


- Due to flooding, I had a considerably longer way than planned, taking
alternative roads where Highway 1 was closed; and still was 10miles short
of the planned finish in Santa Maria.

Tomorrow I hope to catch up with the plan again as we are heading away
from the flooded areas (in Southern California and L.A. area it has been
the highest rainfall in a couple of decades !)


Toady also was last day with Ivory as crew, he had to get back to work
(hardware engineer) - he has made a huge effort to make a "Viking runner"
feel welcome over here in The States!! Thanks Ivory :-)
