(Crew: David Turvey all stage).
51km, =4:40h (+/-5 min. = stopped watch too late). . food, water,
road-finding, toilet etc. stops.
Time GMT + 10:30 hours (NB: South Australian Time!)
+ 14c, dark, almost clear sky and medium wind at start.
23c and the same at finish.
.. I sit at my hotel room. Outside the wind howls down Wilmingtons long
wild-west Main Street. Whole town is "Sunday deserted".
But I am delighted w. today?s run!
For the first time since Adelaide I had a crew :-)
The host of yesterday?s accommodation, David Turvey, offered to drive
along my route with water and carry the baby jogger.
- Start at 05am? No problem for David!!

Find new routes; vary the time (morning/eve/night!) and pace, time instead
of km or vs., find companions,
- Or try at summer running barefoot on grass as part of the training
