- Crew again!!

At the last 7km of a very hard stage - in my opinion harder than any of
the av. 130km days at Colac - I was received by David Billet and his
mother who will crew for me tomorrow.

GREAT as I both miss company by now and also are a bit exhausted by
pushing the baby jogger!!


9. December running advice:
- When a distance seems too overwhelming to overcome, try to break it down
to smaller manageable stages and focus only on them. Then the totality
will come by itself :-)
