- A relaxed "running in circles day" waiting for the airplane date the
29.october.
I had a 20km of sightseeing running at midday together with mr. Tohei who
had earlier helped me with my maps for the Japanese world run stages.
He is an ever-smiling man, who I much enjoy running with!! :-)
We set out along a course near the old Japanese emperor-tombs and at
halfway point even had a visit to a 500year old Buddhist monastery and
were introduced to some of the basics of that religion.
All in all a very good running day which puts in a bit of energy before I
will have the long Australian world run stage to deal with - a thing I
look forward to as I have many contacts and meetings organized down there
already - done by the ever working mr. Phil Essam :-))
