... For my part the first rest day in 6months!
As usually, though, @the rest days in world run are actually more busy
that the average run-day - when it comes to everything else than running.
Had a lot of email to send and read. Sponsor-updates (we are low on shoes
now!), family contacts, visa applications for the next continents to check
up on, interviews, etc, etc.
Did an interesting interview with Runners World (US) and the Norwegian
"Kondis" - their chief journalist is an old ultra running friend - and
competitor - of mine: mr. Lars Saetran. He has covered our run from the
beginning; and such friends you don?t forget to keep updated :-)
