- Another stage with great autumn weather ! The last week has to be some
of the most beautiful running we have had during the entire 12 000km since
London !!
The forest stand in almost burning autumn colours with a 'low sun'
lightning that makes it seem like the forest itself are glowing in green,
yellow, red and brown. It make the km's go easily by as we enjoy every
moment of the scenery - and praise that we don?t have rain; the Ussuriland
being an area with subtropical rain-statistic which in worst case could
have meant heavy rain more than 50% of the stages !
Instead we use the bright sun to try to spot a "Siberian Tiger" in the
roadside forest. But with no result so far. There are reportedly only
about 400 of them left (and that is the entire world population :-( )
PS: The reports are posted with delay - as the mobile unit for reports to
the website is broken. We expect to reach Vladivostock the 10.October and
there have more extensive reports & comments!
