After Kazuka and I ran today?s stage together, Alexander and I had a look
into the situation with his position in the team.
The full consensus is that we need him on the road for the morale of Team !
He will sit in our support-car until he is 100% recovered and fresh. Until
then he continues the work with detail planning that he has done an
outstanding job w. so far - contacting every sports committee from Sct.
Petersburg to here !!!
Of course we need to talk things over with our sponsors.
But also in relation w. Guinness documentation it is better to be two than
one in the team:
- When running alone you can become 'soft' after some km and maybe begin
to cut corners.
When there is another runner looking over your shoulder every day of the
run... then that is not really an option :-)
And as I wrote 3 years ago, I hope to be able to do this run; but I know I
cant do it alone !
