At start rain, no wind and 1/2 overcast.
31c, humid, no wind and clear sky at finish.
- Once again our faithfull "M53" mainroad turns into a gravel trail !
That is, ofcourse, an interesting challenge, but after some heavy night
rain it could be nice with tarmac to run on ;-)
Still, the landscape is interesting with long steep hills and deep dark
green valleys. Often we pass small logwood villages where the last 50
years seems to have passed without big impact.
The same can be said about the village next to the lake where we have put
up our tents for the night. It makes for a peacefull place to rest the
legs, and refuel the body & mind :-)
In the background are the distinct sounds of birds, grasshoppers and the
daily coming & going of trains on the Trans Siberian Railroad that our
gravel track hold tightly on to.
