After akkupuncture and sportsmassage Kazuka went for a short training to
test the knee. It looks like we can resume the stages from tomorrow :-)
- That will truely be a relief as its a quite a painfull waiting, when all
we desire is to move onwards. But the decition is up to Kazuka.
Today Alexander and I went training as usual, and again made documentation
of it as we have been recommended so we dont use Kazukas stop as excuse to
get restdays ourselves. But how we look forward to get on with the run :-)
(Alexander: 32km; J. 42km, 4:05:45 h w. 4 min. water midway).
