Finish 14:34pm (J.), 16:49 (A.), 18:14 (K.).
At start +20c, no wind and 90% overcast.
At finish 22c, light wind and gray sky before rain.
3 tv stations & police escort last 5km.
Again we had many positive responses from drivers. Often offering water or
food or for example baseball caps to ease the sun.
I have the feeling that we are sometimes the goal/part of family
escurtions "to see the runners".
The everyday siberian people displays a kindness & concearn allmost
unmatched during our 9 contry running. Perhaps due to the hard living
conditions (!).
It reminds in ways of the outstanding friendship we experiensed in Finland.
These a bit remote places holds human qualities less often found in the
'political and cultural centre' regions !
Yet the main compagny in our Siberian odysse remain the nature.
Today I again had birds flying above for a few km at a time. At one
occation 2 small yellow birds kept pace near eye-hight and only at meters
distance; maybe their nest was nearby; maybe just curious !
They are my favorite compagny, and in my ignorence I feel we comunicate &
share what is besides words & culture: the vast distance :-)
