Rest day.
Today we had the 1 of our 2 monthly rest days.
Teh car needed a serious work-over before Siberia.
We changed the entire back suspension system, and we are lucky that the
Lada is easy to repair, because none of us are mechanics and there are no
extra money for that kind of luxury.
But also the mechanic challenge can be interisting:-)
For our own biological mechanics we shopped for huge supplies of water,
chocolate, bug-repellant, profylactic against various interisting
diseases, bug nets, water purifier ...and some new running socks which we
quickly wear out (many stones in the shoes, mud, lack of drying, etc.).
What we don't shop for is adventure and entertainment.
That I am sure the Road and Nature will provide.
