A very good day where we regained lost terrain !
The decition about staying the night in hotel proved to be a wise move.
Today we were fresh and blessed by good weather (after 85% rain-days) we
made 80km´s in 8:38h. including stops. The longest distance so far.
We kept an average of between 5:10 and 5:50 min/km so the speed is
increasing. But tomorrow and the next days we must be carefull not to get
injuries. We expect compagny on the roads soon :-)
This night we are staying as guests of Uli Schultze, a wellknown German
ultrarunner, who gave the service of picking us up at our finish point
(Osterholtz-Schamburg) and delivering us there tomorrow morning. Great !!
Route report: Westerstede - Oldenburg - Bremen - Osterholtz-Schamburg.
80km´s in 8:38 hours, keeping 5:10 at some km´s, but risk of injury.
