World Run I / ReportsGoto: 2005-08-27 2005-08-29 USA 2005-08-28: 13Distance today: 31.0 km (Accumulated: 24678.0 km) Country: USA 2005.08.28. [Green road sign on Hwy. 30: "Ada, Mt. Cory ->"] - [Cross of Hancock Co. 150 (parallel to Hwy. 30) & Hwy. 37]. Ohio. 31km, 2:54:29h. Excl. food, water, road-finding, toilet etc. stops Total 24637km Start: 09:10am. Finish: 12:58pm. Time GMT - 7 hours +20c, clear and medium wind at start. 31c and same at finish. Taking it a bit easy on the last two stages / cutting the mileages a bit down showed to be a good strategy as the legs is beginning to pick up a bit of strength. On the other hand this of course means a few days extra of running as the mileage out to New York doesn?t exactly get shorter by me running shorter pr. day... A beautiful run by the way as Connie had surveyed an alternative route running on smaller farm-roads parallel with Highway 30. Nice to get another view of the landscape than that from the highway :-) 29/8 To: Upper Sandusky 30/8 Bucyrus 31/8 To Mansfield 01/8 Wooster 02/8 E.
