Indiana!

Today I finally passed South of Chicago and entered the next state,
Indiana, just about 1 mile before the finish.

The next 2 stages will be quite short as I am trying to time it so that I
will arrive in Valparaiso the 17.th. of august where the local running
club and
running store has done a good work in preparing a meeting with long
distance runners (which I learn is amongst the best in the state !) and a
crew for the next stage, thanks to my contact there, Wes. And I think I can
handle a few light day even though the stages in general has been short
compared with the 50km/day I have kept up during Europe, Russia, Japan and
Australia :-)


Today also was my last day with Debbie Jones as crew as I am now heading
out of her area. She has done a tremendous work for this run and if she
hadn?t come out to crew for me when I was in big troubles with dehydration
and exhaustion from pushing the 35kg stroller in hot humid weather near
Minneapolis about 5 weeks ago I am not sure how things would have looked !
