+16c, overcast and light wind at start.
17c, light overcast and same at finish.

- Again a stage with a bit of mountain in it :-)

Highest point was 1423meter according to the gps, but most of the time we
were running at 900 to 1200m., making us choose a quite slow pace and long
water and stretch pauses to allow the body to keep recovering quickly to
the next day.

We will spend the night at 1300m altitude where we put up our tents -
while enjoying an evening talk with Sonia & Kevin who drove out to meet
us. As you probably know by now Kevin Thomson is the person who makes the
"master plan" for the Canadian part of the world run; and he is doing an
excellent effort drawing on his huge knowledge of the country (having run
across it himself!!!) and its ultra running community - which by the way
is one of the most supportive runners communities I have met during the
entire run!
