Seals :-)))

The rugged coast run of today, blessed with perfect weather, held one of
the most stunning nature sceneries I have ever seen!

First green lowlands with seals & sea lions lying on the beaches, relaxing
in the sun as I ran past :-)
Later steep cliffs (The Santa Lucia Range & Coast Ranges) with the Highway
1 winding its way up and down and along the coast.

There are almost no settlements here, no city-size places and little
traffic, making the nature experience intense. As you can see the pace was
quite slow - both to take in the scenery in full extent (running is
definitely an excellent way to see and appreciate places like this !!),
but also as the run involved some steep up and down hill; and pushing 35kg
not making it much easier ;-)

PS: The cliff ranges meant that there was no available signal to transmit
pictures to the website for most of the way, but I hope at least some got
through!
