The first "night running only" stage; necessary to avoid a 5 week exposure
to 40+c temperatures out here in the nice bright sun...


Below I have put some of the main notes from the logbook to give an idea
of how it works.

As you can see, Peter makes sure that I get a good rest or sleep every now
and then to let body and mind get gradually used to this silent, dark,
running experience!
