36km, 3:39:30h. Excl. food, water, road-finding, toilet etc. stops.
Total 14.385km.

Start 9:41am.
Finish 14:11pm.

+17c, a few white cumulus clouds and light wind at start.
+19c, 1/2 overcast and medium wind at finish.

It is the last day before the start of the 6 day race, which I will do on
my way across Australia.

Running gently through the green farmland landscape;
Trying to ease off the pace a bit - as if it could be much slower ;-) - to
get the legs fresh for the event.

If I hadn?t had the qualified help from the excellent masseur Michael
Gillan, taking several thousands of km out of my legs, I could spare
myself the effort!

- here at evening I have had a look at the track and it seems to have
plenty of ambience; especially at night with the soft lightning shining
over the grass covering the 400meter oval.

I will be looking forward to the start 12:00 tomorrow :-)
