50km, 5:05:30h. Excl. food, water, road-finding, toilet etc. stops.
Total 13886km. (J.).

(Crew: Anni and Bob Fickel, all stage).

Start 10:50am.
Finish 17:00pm.
+24c, light wind & clear sky at start.
26c, same wind & a few clouds at finish.

Another fairly easy stage; but also one of my last with the Fickel crew !
I will miss them!! But at last they must turn back towards Sydney as they
are getting far from home.

Two days from now I will be on my own again; not something I look forward
to as the loneliness can be a bit big from time to time on a long run like
this.

We had a good Australian barbeque after the stage - prepared by Bob and
Anni :-)
I will be missing that kind of kind luxury :-)!
