An all rain stage !
After 20km we met a group of 3 bicyclists at our water-stop point. The
group consisted of two U.K. & a Swiss biker: Victoria, Ed and Daniel !
We soon found out that we had a lot of stories to share - having met many
of the same travellers on the road through Russia; and decided to meet at
our finish point in the evening.
The thought of that lightened up an else way long and chilly rain-stage :-)
At finish we were received by the chief of Babuskinskaya's sports
committee: a 20 years old runner with pb. of 15:30 min / 5km.
He was all smiles at our meeting and offered us all free accommodation &
Baikal-dinner! SPACIBO !!
As expected, there was much to be told. For example they had spend days
biking with our common friend Asmund from Norway :-)
Victoria & Daniel started from Basel; Edward from London like us !
