A nice easy stage :-) But as you can see from the time, the legs were
tired after yesterdays 60km of 'clay & mud running'. It feels like every
tendon and muscle from the hip and down needs repair ;-)
Still, it should be ok after a day or two of carefull running.
- Tomorrow we have a 50km planned and after that 60km, so not too hard
stages (depending on roads and terrain off course). Now we rest the legs
in the tents and get the tea boiling on the campfire :-)
