More uphill.. !

- I thought it couldn?t get much harder than yesterday, but today easily
matched it ;-)

We started out with a 4 mile long (!) uphill run followed by an about as
long steep downhill. That pretty much took out what was in the legs - but
beautiful views down on the mountain valleys.

DeAnna made a good briefing of what lay ahead at start, but with 25 000km
in the legs it didn?t help much that the course flattened out later, so
the last hour was mostly slow shuffling along at less than 6 min. /km
(10min. /mile).

Tomorrow a new crew will join the run but there is a chance that DeAnna
can return next week - would be nice as I have much enjoyed the good
company!!
NB: At present I have a 1 day delay on the schedule below and the arrival
in Manhattan NYC probably will be around the 7. October
