Another good stage and the legs are almost back to usual strength again.
Really nice to feel the joy of running that I have been used to - but have
lacked through the lonely, cold and rainy stretch up along the Californian
and Oregon coast where I re-experienced the feeling from middle- and
eastern Siberia of how horrible a struggle it can also be.
Today: sun, easy roads and good company :-) What more can you ask !
Perhaps to catch up on your favourite TV-series ?

tapes of Seinfeld after the stage !
