After having run through the winter of European Russia, the icy rain of
Ufa, the snow of Ural Moununtains, the short spring and hot summer (!) of
West & Middle Siberia; we now see the autumn harvest begin in the Irkutsk
region.
Light morning mist cover the steep hillside forrests long into the day;
the roadside allmost explodes in a firework of wild flowers and berries:
white, dark & light purple, red and nuances of yellow; all surrounded by
green plants & trees in all shapes and shades.
It seems, the difficulty of terrain & conditions is matched by the reward
of a facinating, ever changing, clear nature, and the 'understanding by
experience' of the times of nature from midwinter to autumn :-)
